Amber Brooke Farms was founded from the idea of providing fresh, high quality, locally grown produce to our neighbors and creating a warm, inviting and safe place for our guests to enjoy the beauty of the farm with loved ones and friends. Here at the farms, we’re embracing the privilege of providing an exceptional product and experience to our neighbors. We want to share the fun of the farm with all children, allow our neighbors to get to know the farmers growing their local fruit and flowers, and create a home away from home for our community.
With love, dedication and hard work, we grow the highest quality strawberries, blueberries, peaches and sunflowers for our community to enjoy season after season. Blueberries have been our main crop in the past, however we’ve expanded to offer u-pick strawberries, peaches, sunflowers.
At Amber Brooke Farms strive to offer something engaging for everyone within our community. One of our goals is to teach children about local agriculture and show them where their food comes from. We partner with local schools to provide hands-on field trips with a good mix of education and fun on the farm. We’re hosting seasonal u-pick events with live music, great food options, beer and wine and engagement-focused activities to allow families to spend quality time together.
LOCATIONS
Nothing says springtime like eating a handful of fresh Florida blueberries from Amber Brooke Farms in Williston. We are a 100-acre agritourism destination in north central Florida. During the spring we grow several of the finest and best tasting varieties of blueberries including: Emerald, Sweet Crisp, Springhigh, Prima Donna, Meadow Lark, Farthing and Jewel. In addition to our blueberries, we also grow some of the juiciest strawberries and peaches around. We have plenty of sunflowers for you to pick, twenty-two acres to be exact! Our sunflower fields are perfect for capturing photos of precious family memories as you enjoy a day on the farm.
There’s nothing better than a farm day at Amber Brooke Farms in Eustis. We are a 55-acre agritourism destination in central Florida. During the spring we grow the finest and best tasting variety of blueberries, Sweet Crisp. In addition to our blueberries, we also grow some of the juiciest strawberries and stunning sunflowers around. Our sunflower fields are perfect for capturing photos of precious family memories as you enjoy a day on the farm.
